At our school, we believe that the quality of a child’s educational experience is deeply influenced by the knowledge, preparation, and dedication of the adults who guide them. Our faculty brings together extensive Montessori training, academic expertise, and diverse educational experiences, creating a community of educators who are committed to understanding and supporting each child at every stage of development.
Montessori-Trained Educators
Our educators working with children from the Toddler programme through Class 6 are trained AMI* Diploma holders and Orientation Certificate holders. Their specialised Montessori preparation enables them to understand the developmental needs of children and thoughtfully prepare environments that foster independence, curiosity, concentration, and a love for learning. Their training equips them to observe each child closely and offer appropriate guidance while respecting individual learning journeys.
* Association Montessori Internationale, The Netherlands (AMI) offers internationally recognised Montessori diplomas that are valued across more than 50 countries, reflecting a shared commitment to high standards of Montessori teacher preparation and educational practice
Guiding Adolescents
Our educators working with adolescents have completed AMI Orientation Courses headed by international trainers and hold recognised orientation certificates. Their preparation supports an understanding of the unique developmental characteristics of adolescence and enables them to create learning experiences that encourage responsibility, collaboration, critical thinking, and increasing independence.
Diverse Academic Expertise
Our faculty represents a rich blend of Indian and international academic backgrounds. Alongside their Montessori qualifications, our educators bring a range of university degrees and areas of academic specialisation. The faculty includes educators who are postgraduate and PhD holders, bringing depth of knowledge, research orientation, and diverse perspectives into the learning environment. The school also follows the Cambridge curriculum, which complements the Montessori philosophy through its emphasis on inquiry, critical thinking, problem-solving, and the practical application of knowledge. This curriculum is catered through the faculty that is Cambridge trained through various programs and workshops.
Together, our faculty combines Montessori philosophy and practice with strong academic foundations and varied professional experiences. This blend enables us to provide children with an education that is both deeply rooted in Montessori principles and responsive to the evolving needs of learners and the world around them.
