“Poetry is the music of the heart, and Punjabi poetry beautifully captures the soul of Punjab.” Vivek High School came alive with the melodious rhythm, rich expressions, and cultural warmth of the Punjabi language as the Inter-House Punjabi Poetry Recitation Competition for Classes VII and VIII was held on 22 August 2026. The event was a vibrant celebration of Punjabi poetry, language, culture, confidence, and creativity. The young poets stepped onto the stage with enthusiasm and presented their chosen poems with remarkable confidence and expression. Through their voice modulation, pronunciation, gestures, and stage presence, they brought the emotions and beauty of Punjabi poetry to life. The competition provided students with a meaningful platform to express themselves while strengthening their appreciation for their linguistic and cultural heritage. The spirited participation from all four houses made the event lively and memorable. After carefully assessing the performances, the results were announced.
